Grant Funding
There are several grants available to congregations and district groups to help lower the financial barriers to mission and ministry.
Lutheran Laypeople's League (LLL) Mission Grants
The LLL Mission Grants aim to enable congregations to set aside financial worries and
focus on exploring new and innovative ways of connecting with their local
communities through mission and outreach. Create an initiative, or expand on an idea that has been dreamed about but not thought possible because of the lack of resources or cost.

There are currently several grants available:
Mission Resource Grants up to $25,000 LCAWA Mission Resources Grant Application Form
Mission Outreach Grants up to $5,000 LCAWA Mission Outreach Grant Application Form
Lutheran Homes Foundation Grant
LHFWA is inviting Congregations or Parishes to apply for grants of up to $5,000 for proposals that are consistent with our objects.
Proposals which involve building capacity as opposed to relieving symptoms of needs and which complement rather than duplicate other charitable or government welfare programs (or fill a gap), will be favourably received.
Proposals for boosting (or creating) Congregational emergency funds or supplementing resourcing for existing Congregational aged care initiatives (or other Congregational care initiatives) will also receive strong consideration.
